I love a new discovery, none more than Pignoletto - which I have discovered is pronounced "pin-yo-let-toh". A fruity white from Emilia Romanga, it's a fresh and vibrant white wine with notes of apple and a hint of almond, it's perfect for light lunches or as an appetizer at any time.
