This is a dark fruit-laden red which is crafted exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon, a grape which thrives in the granite soils and long, sunny days found in South Africa’s Western Cape region. A great red for pairing with a smoky chilli con carne or cheese on toast, dashed with tabasco sauce.
