Baya Morada shows deep hues of purple in the glass with ripe blueberry, strawberry compote and hints of oaky spice on the nose. It has a rich and layered mouthfeel with soft tannins and a long, harmonious finish. We recommend pairing this with grilled dishes - whether that is earthy vegetables like aubergine and mushrooms, lamb chops or a hamburger fresh off the BBQ!

This wine celebrates the castle of Terena - a manor fortress of the Alentejo region, integrating a set of monuments that formed the lines of defence of Portugal against invaders - dating back to the reign of D. Dinis. The gothic architecture, in the shape of an irregular pentagon with four circular towers, makes this magnificent castle a unique monument worthy of a toast with the best our vineyards have to offer. The blend of Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet boasts ripe black and red fruit notes and a silky finish.

Just off the coast of South Australia is the Great Australian Bight, a powerful yet elegant bay of turquoise blue waters, respected and loved by anyone who lays eyes on it. It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this Chardonnay Semillon blend has an abundance of melon, nectarine and white peach notes, tempered by a lifting freshness. Pair alongside a chicken Caesar salad or fish and chips.
