This classy Australian red is carefully produced from small parcels of Barossa Valley Shiraz sourced from some of the region's most incredible vineyard sites. A full-bodied wine packed with flavour and intensity, showcasing masses of plum and dark cherry fruit that has been elevated with the use of some very fine oak barrels, adding layers of sweet and savoury spice. The finish is exceptionally well balanced, long, with supple and silky tannins.

Terre del Sole offers the best of both worlds, with the exceptionally inviting varietal character of Nero d'Avola, a grape that thrives on the island of Sicily, and with the appassimento method of partially drying grapes prior to fermentation, giving more body, richness and a beautifully ripe mouthfeel. The natural freshness of this grape is the perfect counter to this richness, resulting in a wine bursting with floral aromatics, an opulent texture, and a balanced finish.

The vineyard scenes in northern Italy are a sight to behold. Rolling hills and altitude offer the growers and winemakers here huge diversity in terms of wine style.
