- ABV: 12.5% |
- Vintage: 2022 |
- Size: 75cl
Canceddi is the local Sicilian word for the traditional woven baskets used in times gone by to collect and carry the grapes at harvest time. While harvest methods have changed somewhat over the years, tradition will always be present in Italian wine. The shores of Sicily are home to some of Europe's greatest seafood which needs wines on the dining table to bring it to life. Fiano is both complex and versatile, able to stand up to the strong flavours of fish pie, but also elegant enough to be an excellent aperitif.
