Lorenzo Fernandez de Manzanos Medrano was the first of his family to make wine when he established the estate in 1890. Its current winemakers are proud to follow in his footsteps and each and every bottle they make pays homage to his memory. The range is entirely estate-grown and made, and each year they hold a festival in their home town of Calahorra to celebrate the new vintage. Made with the Viura and Chardonnay grape varieties, this white Rioja is fresh and fragrant with fresh citrus aromas and crisp apple and pear on the palate.

Varying temperatures and sunshine at vineyard level provide the opportunity to achieve lovely, ripe aromas and flavours while maintaining excellent freshness. Custoza is a little-known appellation in Veneto and produces excellent white wine that continues to fly under the radar. Lemon and lime with a touch of stone fruit richness.

Just off the coast of South Australia is the Great Australian Bight, a powerful yet elegant bay of turquoise blue waters, respected and loved by anyone who lays eyes on it. It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this Merlot has an abundance of blackberry, black pepper and mint notes, tempered by a lifting freshness. Pair alongside a barbecued steak with crispy rosemary-salted chips.
