Just off the coast of South Australia is the Great Australian Bight, a powerful yet elegant bay of turquoise blue waters, respected and loved by anyone who lays eyes on it. It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this precise Pinot Grigio is abundant with ripe pear, crisp green apple and a little tropical fruit intensity. Pair alongside a Greek salad loaded with plenty of feta and fresh herbs.

Our Castillo de Lerisia wines are crafted from carefully selected parcels to deliver the very best value possible in a no-fuss, all-rounder style. The Spanish region of Jumilla's far south is an area well known for its concentrated wines that truly over-deliver in the glass. We love their easy-going fruitiness, and this wine is no exception. It's a zippy, zesty white blend, based on Sauvignon Blanc, that is ideally suited to pairing with seafood dishes and (of course) serving by the glass, nice and chilled on its own.

Canceddi is the local Sicilian word for the traditional woven baskets used in times gone by to collect and carry the grapes at harvest time. While harvest methods have changed somewhat over the years, tradition will always be present in Italian wine. The shores of Sicily are home to some of Europe's greatest seafood which needs wines on the dining table to bring it to life. Vermentino thrives in Sicily and makes deliciously saline yet fruit-forward whites, perfect for the local cuisine.

When travelling through some of the most remote villages in central France, you may come across Le Petit Farceur ('the little prankster'), a tiny terracotta man perched upon the windowsill of the rustic French cottages. This little prankster is known to cause mischief among his peers, and his cheeky nature is captured in this playful white cuvée. With fleshy yellow peach, juicy mango and a mouth-watering finish, it will leave the ‘little prankster’ in all of us smiling fondly.
