It was only right that we paid homage to this great bay with this wine. Sourced from coastal vineyards benefitting from the Bight's cooling influence, this Merlot has an abundance of blackberry, black pepper and mint notes, tempered by a lifting freshness. Pair alongside a barbecued steak with crispy rosemary-salted chips.

Long gone are the days when New World Chardonnay was smothered in oak, and this 'Special Selection' bottling is a very fine example of how the times have changed and moved on to crisper, fresher and less heavy styles.
