A truly great glass of wine is not solely crafted by the winemaker's hand, but in the vineyard itself. 'The Berry Field', with neatly orientated vines and undulating topography, is home to hundreds of bunches of tiny berries, ripening steadily under the influence of the warm sun yet all the while protected from the extremes by a canopy of leaves. This is a classic French red blend crafted from varieties including Merlot. It's loaded with red and black fruit character and is a perfect representation of the generous climate and fertile soils that these fortunate grape vines call home.

Australian wines come in a wide variety of styles, but they are all blessed with an unmistakable splash of sunshine-driven fruitiness with the vineyards of south Australia being blessed with long summer days, ripening grapes to perfection. This clever yet classically Aussie blend of blackcurrant-laden Shiraz and minty Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied, has plenty of sweet dark fruit character and the long, satisfying, lightly spiced finish has the perfect amount of grip to keep all the parts in check.

This crowd-pleasing style of juicy Malbec comes from the sought-after, high-altitude slopes of the Mendoza Valley in Argentina. Baya Morada shows deep hues of purple in the glass with ripe blueberry, strawberry compote and hints of oaky spice on the nose. It has a rich and layered mouthfeel with soft tannins and a long, harmonious finish. We recommend pairing this with grilled dishes - whether that is earthy vegetables like aubergine and mushrooms, lamb chops or a hamburger fresh off the BBQ!

The inspiration behind this range is one of South Africa’s most spectacular birds, the Cape Roller, brightly coloured and often seen perched atop the tallest vantage points, ready to dive at great speeds for its next feed. This is a crafty blend, built around the Cape's most popular white variety, Chenin Blanc. Layered on top of a core of lemon barley fruit, we’ve used spicy Grenache Blanc, nutty Roussanne and tropical fruit-filled Viognier to create a wine that is perfectly balanced and super food-friendly.

Canceddi is the local Sicilian word for the traditional woven baskets used in times gone by to collect and carry the grapes at harvest time. While harvest methods have changed somewhat over the years, tradition will always be present in Italian wine. The shores of Sicily are home to some of Europe's greatest seafood which needs wines on the dining table to bring it to life. Vermentino thrives in Sicily and makes deliciously saline yet fruit-forward whites, perfect for the local cuisine.
